Radioplayer is a project with collaboration and sharing at its heart. It started as a joint venture between the BBC and commercial radio in the UK - but we’re now working with countries across Europe, to share our experience and our revolutionary technology. Several countries are now reaping the benefits of a shared player-platform - including increased online listening share, discovery of new digital stations and catchup content, and a common search engine and set of metadata standards on which you can build.
We know every market is different, so we’ve designed a flexible licensing framework to suit any country’s needs. You can build a system of any size, and you can take parts of our technology (like our search engine, or our web player) - or all of it. Talk to the Radioplayer Worldwide team if you want to discuss the options.
